Welcome to the Donnelly for Congress campaign website. Our campaign is based on the simple idea that the change we want to see in Washington should start right here in Indiana’s Second District. I went to Congress to be an independent voice, and I’ve worked hard to bring the kind of change that delivers results.

In my first term in Congress, I fought hard to keep taxes low and good jobs in Indiana. I stood up for education funding and have worked to make college more affordable. And I continue to work with both Democrats and Republicans to find common sense solutions that put our country on the path to energy independence. We’ve had success, but we still have work to do.
